International Committee of the Red Cross

Geneva, the birthplace of the Red Cross, is home to the only museum dedicated to the work of Henry Dunant.

Emotion, discovery and reflection: the permanent exhibition at the Museum offers a unique introduction to humanitarian action. The new scenography, titled “L’Aventure humanitaire” [The Humanitarian Adventure], is organised into three thematic areas, designed by internationally renowned architects from diverse cultural backgrounds: defending human dignity, rebuilding family ties and mitigating natural risks.
A visit to experience and share with twelve witnesses of our time.
